Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Residents at Hampton Courts only need to pay for their cable / internet services.  WC Smith will care for all other charges.  All utilities are included at Hampton Courts.
