Nine years ago I moved to DC for a job, moving into Hampton Courts. Today, I live in a different apartment, but still in ... Hampton Courts because it's simply the best building and the best community. Julie, David, Tite and the rest of the family take such good care of us. Recently, I attending a community organizing workshop, where I heard horror stories of how landlords and building managers treated their tenants and the space. I felt sad about what I heard, but grateful that I had none of the same complaints. The building is so well taken care of, and Julie and the team actually care about each and every tenant, ensuring we live in the highest quality building. The community they've built, the culture of care and concern, their responsiveness and kindness make this a place where I feel welcome, safe, and taken care of! Wouldn’t move out of this building unless I was leaving the
This is a fantastic building to live in. Well maintained large units at affordable prices. The property managers live on ... site and it makes all the difference, the property is their home too. Maintenance is always prompt, efficient, and easy to schedule. The walls are plaster which means it’s genuinely difficult to hear the units around you. Great location, central to U Street, DuPont and AdMo. Easy street parking and a few well maintained and gated reserved spots behind the building. Residents generally don’t leave unless they’re leaving the city altogether. I’ve been here 7 years and wouldn’t think of living anywhere else in DC. U Street's Best Kept Secret
I have lived at this community for 2 years and it is incredible. The building is nearly 100 years old but is absolutely immaculate ... and extremely well-kept. David, Julie, and Tite are a phenomenal management team that all not only love what they do but genuinely care about the residents. I love my clawfoot bathtub; the location is just too convenient for most anything you need. If you're lucky enough to find availability here, I highly recommend you apply.
